I’m Tyler McDowell-Blanken, an education and media professional from Arizona. I’ve spent the better part of the last decade as a public-school teacher. In 2024, I founded 4AZ, an organization spotlighting the stories of Arizona’s Black educators. Also, I’m a founding member of 19 Media Group, an independent media company that launched in 2021. I co-host Gimmick Infringement, a podcast dedicated to professional wrestling and pop culture coverage, and 2 Fast 2 Friends, a podcast covering the absurdity (and brilliance) of the Fast & Furious film franchise.
